My process is rooted in an understanding of how systemic power structures influence how we gather, and I use a human-centred approach to bring these structures to light, enabling participants to dismantle oppression even as they work toward their strategic objectives.

I specialize in working with you to uncover the core purpose(s) of your gathering, and co-creating single or multi-day retreat agendas that enable relationship building, skill sharing, work review, and strategy development.
